Sheila is the author of Walk-Ins: Cosmology of the Soul, an international speaker, multidimensional life coach, healer, regression therapist, shamanic practitioner, and spiritual teacher. She hosts the international podcast Cosmic Conversations twice weekly and works with higher-dimensional frequencies to help others access and embody their higher nature through a range of transformative services. She also hosts the Conscious Awakening with Sheila Seppi podcast.

Sheila is the Founder of the global multimedia conscious programming platform Conscious Awakening Network, as well as SpiritWay Wellness, a center dedicated to body–mind–spirit healing, personal transformation, and preparing humanity for Ascension and the New Earth. In addition, she is the creator of the Soul Reconnection Technique™, a modality designed to support deep soul-level alignment and awakening.
